As a infant and toddler sleep consultant, one of the most common things I hear from exhausted parents is
“I think my baby is low sleep needs”
But, while all babies are different, it’s important to recognize that true low sleep needs is extremely rare. It is far for common and likely that when a baby is sleeping less than expected, there’s a deeper, addressable reason behind it.
